Winter Senior Session in Roslyn, NY | Anna

Sometimes a cold, winter January afternoon here on Long Island becomes the perfect time to do a high school senior session!

When we booked Anna’s session, I threw out a couple of location ideas, but I was so happy to hear that Anna wanted to do it at her home in Roslyn.

I loved how we captured the every-day Anna; jeans and Uggs, just hanging out at home. We even convinced her dog, Dominick to jump in front of the lens for a few shots.

Anna participates in so many activities at her high school; for this session she chose to incorporate a few of her awards from her debate team and public forum events. She’s definitely going to be a great addition to George Washington University this fall.

We won’t tell Anna’s sister that we borrowed her coat…it was so perfect against the snow.

Even though I think it was maybe 15 degrees out, we ventured outside to get a few shots in the snow. Anna borrowed this super fun faux-fur coat and it just added so much to the outdoor photos. It just looked so cozy!!!

Anna - it was such a pleasure to photograph you and I wish you an amazing second half to your senior year and congratulations again on your commitment to George Washington University! They are lucky to have you!
